Hey thanks, so are you.. So jealous of your lovely blond hair :]
Well, first of all, girl you are not fat. But I understand everyone wanting to look their best for the summer:)
Keep away from sodas and alcoholic drinks (specially beer o.o), processed food, very salty, sugary, spicy or anything very oily. Eat light, nutritious and non-fatty foods. Obviously, lots of fruits and veggies (maybe in a salad or some soup).
It’s very important that you intake lots of water (what my sister does is everyday she fills up a two liter bottle and she makes sure to finish it, drinking it regularly even when she’s not thirsty)
As for workouts, I really like pilates for losing weight and gaining flexibility (a win-win ;). You could join a class or search on youtube, there are a ton of exercises u could do, choose what suits you best.To keep u going daily maybe do it with a friend?
